Happy 101

Hello! I had a happy surprize this morning as I sat and visited my blogging friends sites. (I am checking in on you sweet ladies even if I don't leave some love that day! LOL) 

I received my very first blog "award" Happy 101. Fun stuff!

This was passed to me from my stamping friend, Mary Anne. Thanks so much for thinking of me! If you get a chance, please visit her blog and leave her some happy thoughts. Mary Anne's blog is Lakeside Stamping.

One of the rules for this award is to tell you 10 things about myself.

1) I have been married to my best friend and love of my life for almost 23 years.

2) I was married on a Friday the 13th! A lucky day for me!

3) I am a mother to 8yr old twins. A boy and a girl.

4) I help lead a group of Brownie scouts.

5) Even though I'm one of those "girly girl" types..I try to go on every Cub Scout family camp out my son's group has. (I secretly enjoy them very much!)

4) I have a BIG fuzzy dog named Sweetheart. (and she truly is a sweetheart!)

5) I've gained 10 pounds in the last year! EEEK!!

6) I live in NW Florida and we do get some cold weather but never snow...I still LOVE to have a fire in the fire place. Just makes me feel a sense of well being somehow.

7) My favorite place to go is HOME! I'm a real homebody! 

8) My DD and I share the same favorite movie...The Parent Trap (the old version!).

9) I truly believe this..."A girl needs a little bit of chocolate Every Day!" LOL

10) My favorite color is COLOR...I love color in general! I do tell my DD my favorite color is whatever color she is wearing that day!  ;D

The next thing I need to do is name 10 people I'd like to pass this Happy 101 award which is hard because I don't want to miss anyone! A lot of my blog friends have already received this sweet little award...so that's fun! Here is my list:
