I had a good laugh last night as I was blog surfing. I found a really cute blog that is featuring "rejects" this week. You can find Amber's beautiful and witty blog here.
Amber is hosting a blog hop for anyone who submitted cards to PaperCraft Magazines recent card call that didn't get accepted. :D I love that... it's a great opportunty to get some really great inspiration! I thought I'd show a few of mine this week.
It's so warm here in Pensacola this morning... I'll really enjoy my walk with Sweetheart today (our big furry dog). So I think I'll share a card I made using Layers of Color stamp set "Nature Walk". It's one of my favorite sets and this gorgeous weather makes me feel like pulling it out and playing with it later today.
I also used My Layers of Color stencil called Botanical swirls. I just wanted a soft background so I stenciled using VersaMark watermark and embossed with Tsukineko clear embossing powder. My cardstock is by GinaK. My Spellbinders Grand Caliber cut these clean crisp rectangles. I love loading it up with a 8x11 piece of cardstock and as many dies that will fit. I always have extra die cut shapes when I'm in a hurry!
